Shipping Policy
Faculty of Thinking offers a seamless shipping experience to ensure that your products reach you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We use reliable shipping methods and carefully handle the packaging to minimize any potential damage during transit. Our shipping costs are transparent and will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process.

Apparel:
Our Apparel is Printed on Demand (POD) in Australia, and shipped directly to you to reduce shipping costs. If you are ordering from another country, your apparel order will be printed either in your country or as close as possible to your country to reduce your shipping costs.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Note: If you have ordered more than one item, say a T-shit and a Hoodie, you may receive the items separately.
Malas:
Our Malas are hand made by us on site in Australia, and shipped directly to you. Deliveries outside Australia will be charges international delivery fees. We use AustPost to send your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is sent.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Faculty of Thinking, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. In such cases, we offer a 30 day straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence. If you've changed your mind about your purchase or are dissatisfied with a product, our team is here to assist you through the process.
To return an item(s) please use the form below.
We require Proof of Purchase from you for all Refunds and Exchanges.
Returns MUST be sent back in the same packaging unopened in same condition as they arrived to the customer.
The customer is responsible for all return(s) shipping costs to back to us.
To approved items for a refund, we will refund directly onto the same card/account as was used for the purchase.
To approved items for an exchange, if you are exchanging for another item of higher value, you need to cover the difference in value. If exchanging for an item of lesser value, we will refund the difference onto the same card/account as was used for the purchase. We will also cover the shipping costs from us to you.

Digital Products:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless noted otherwise at time of purchase.
